Front Office

The front office training modules are designed in such a way that it offers an opportunity to every student to get a glimpse of the real world. The front office lab enables a student to try his/her hand in welcoming a guest, learning greeting gesture and posture, asking for personal information and undertaking all such activities that could create a long lasting impression of the hotel brand on the mind of the guest.
State of the art kitchens
State of the art training kitchens will give hands on experience to the budding chefs to improve their culinary skills and master in various cuisines across the world. Our team gives individual attention during practical to ensure students prepare delicious and mouth watering recipes with ease & confidence.
In the training, the students learn basic culinary art and gear up for future challenges. Continental and Indian cuisines are practiced by the students and learn International cooking traits and art.
The training prepares and moulds the students to face the challenges of cooking for large groups and catering to a wide variety of people representing different culinary zones of the country.
Training Restaurant
Irrespective of how a student performs in the classroom sessions, practical restaurant training is indispensable to bloom and nurture the latent managerial skills in him/her. Our Institute comprehends this fact very well. It, therefore, offers students a training restaurant wherein they are trained on various parameters. Some of these key parameters are welcoming the customer, food & beverage service with highest standards, Cocktails & Mocktails preparation, Bar techniques, handling the complaints of the customer, bidding farewell to the customer, etc.
House Keeping lab
House keeping is the back bone of the industry. The range of skills required of house keeper is so extensive rust it can be mastered only after years of on-the-job training. so, the students are subjected to practical training in the institute’s ‘’mock up room’’. The students are given with hands on experience on Bed making, servicing of Room &wash rooms, Flower arrangement, Public area maintenance etc..
Library
The institute has a reference library with relevant books, journals and periodicals for the benefit of the students. It is well catered with all the required Books, Culinary Magazines, Hospitality Magazines as well as Photographs, other materials and many more. Our library has a modern ambience, backed by efficient service and facilities, and supplemented by courteous and competent staff. Apart from providing the best of reading materials published throughout the world, we also provide access to information products online and a wide range of services set to the highest professional standards.
IT Lab
Our Institute is equipped with a well flourished Computer Lab, which is a home to a plethora of upgraded computer systems. The high-speed internet service is no less than icing on the cake for the lab.
The students of this top hotel management college are allowed to use the lab to conduct research, complete assignments, design and execute their projects, etc. The computer lab is huge enough to accommodate lots of students at once.
Communication lab
This lab is basically to improve the communications skills and impart employability skills to each student.
